1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using TSP Before/After Slider ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

TSP Before/After Slider is a Shopify application that allows merchants to create and display interactive before/after image sliders on their online stores. The App integrates with your Shopify store to enhance product presentation.

3. Eligibility

You must:

Have a valid Shopify store
Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the authority to enter into this agreement
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. License and Restrictions

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Shopify account
All content uploaded through the App (images, text, etc.)
Ensuring your use complies with Shopify's Terms of Service
Ensuring you have rights to all images you upload
Compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or display content that:

Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
Violates any applicable law or regulation

7. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for the App is displayed in the Shopify App Store. Fees are charged through your Shopify account. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active users.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.

9.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Fail to pay applicable fees

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or harmful components
Results from using the App will meet your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the App
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
Any content obtained from the App

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TSP Before/After Slider, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Content you upload or display through the App

13. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

14. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Shopify and may use other third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

15. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
